Reservations
Reservations must be done through our on-line Reservation System. Once you send your request our Guest Services staff will contact you by email. This process will confirm your request. You must receive a confirmation from us, otherwise your reservation will not be considered confirmed.
Payment
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total charges for your visit.
- Payment can be made with a credit card – Visa, American Express or Master Card. We will charge the full stay to your credit card 7 days before your arrival.
- We do not accept cash for reservations unless you are able to come to the OMV Resort office and make payment in person. Full payment will be required 7 days prior to the reservation.
- We do not take travelers checks.
- All Villa rentals require a security deposit of $500 on arrival. This is fully refundable when you leave provided there is no damage or missing items.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received between 16 and 29 days before arrival, we will charge 25% of the entire stay.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 15 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the entire stay.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before or no show, the entire stay will be charged.
Details
Rates are per night, per villa, up to the max number of people specified below and includes buffet breakfast. Rates are indicated in US Dollars and do not include a 13% government tax.
Christmas Season and Easter Week (Semana Santa)
For Christmas Season (Dec. 20 – Jan 4th) and Easter Week (Semana Santa) a minimum stay of 4 nights applies.
Maximum Guests per Villa
- One Bedroom Villa – 3 adults or children
- Two Bedroom Villa – 4 adults or children + 1 additional child (5 total)
- Three Bedroom Villa – 6 adults or children + up to 2 additional children (8 total)
There is a one time fee of $15 for a roll-away bed or air mattress. Only one roll-away or air mattress is permitted in the 1 & 2 bedroom villas. Two roll-aways may be permitted in a three bedroom villa but will vary depending on configuration.
