Instead of staying in a small hotel room and taking a bus to the South Pacific forests, how about staying in comfortable villas (complete with living room, kitchen, and terrace) at the edge of the forest – you can walk right into it!! Hiking trails lead you to three cascading waterfalls right on the resort property.

We offer one, two, and three bedroom villas for rent in Toucan Meadows. All villas have a dining area and a complete kitchen including all kitchenware, coffee maker, blender and microwave. The living rooms feature comfortable seating and a flat screen television and DVD player. The bedrooms have high quality mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep and all the storage necessary to accommodate your belongings. Each villa has a large private terrace with views of the surrounding jungle where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of the wildlife while sipping on a cool drink or hot cup of coffee.  Every villa includes ceiling fans, air conditioning in the bedroom, a mini bar and 110 volt electricity.

One Bedroom Villa

Our one bedroom villas are 860 square feet. They are furnished with one queen or king size bed and will accommodate up to 3 people sleeping when using the optional air mattress.

Two Bedroom Villa

Our two bedroom villas are 1,197 square feet and have a master bedroom plus an upstairs loft bedroom. They are furnished with two queen or king size beds and will accommodate up to 5 people sleeping when using the optional air mattress.

The three bedroom villas are 1,650 square feet and include a master bedroom with private bath and two smaller bedrooms. They come furnished with 3 queen or king size beds and will accommodate up to 8 people sleeping if using the optional air mattresses for 2 people.

Long Term Rental Rates 30 or more days

Villa Rates (the rates are monthly):

• 1 Bedroom- $977.50/month high season, $720/month green season
• 2 Bedroom- $1350/month high season, $940.50/month green season
• 3 Bedroom-  $1872/month high season, $1102.50/month green season
